2.1 Account and Profile Information

2.2 Health and Fitness Data

SweatMint accesses and may collect health and fitness data only after you grant permission through Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.

• Step count
• Walking, running, and activity distance
• Active calories or active energy
• Workout or activity records needed to verify movement tasks, where available

We use this data to show progress, verify daily goals, calculate task completion, prevent abuse, and support reward eligibility. You can withdraw Health Connect or Apple Health permissions at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Location Data

SweatMint accesses and may collect approximate or precise location only when you use run, walk, or route tracking features that require location permission.

• Location points and route data while tracking is active
• Distance, pace, and route-related signals generated from active tracking
• Background location only when you have started a tracking session and the operating system allows tracking to continue while the app is not in the foreground

Location data is used to record activity routes, calculate distance, support task verification, and detect fraud or abnormal activity. SweatMint does not use location data for advertising or sell location data.

2.4 Wallet and Transaction Information

• Wallet addresses submitted for deposits or withdrawals
• Deposit, withdrawal, reward, and transaction history
• Risk, fraud-prevention, and compliance records related to wallet activity

2.5 Support, Diagnostics, and Usage Information

• Support messages you send to us
• Crash, diagnostic, device, and usage information used to maintain service reliability
• Security and audit logs used to protect accounts and prevent abuse

3. How We Use Data

• Provide, maintain, and secure the App
• Create and manage user accounts
• Sync permitted health and fitness data from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Track active run or walk sessions when you start those features
• Verify movement tasks, progress, streaks, and reward eligibility
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and reward records
• Send account, security, service, and support messages
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, policy violations, and technical issues
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, health data, or location data. We may share limited data only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Service providers: hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, email, customer support, and security vendors that help us operate the App
• Payment, wallet, and blockchain services: providers or public blockchain networks when needed to process deposits, withdrawals, or reward-related transactions

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Active accounts: account, health, activity, location, and transaction data may be retained while the account is active and the data is needed to provide the App.
• Permission withdrawal: if you revoke Health Connect, Apple Health, or Location permission, SweatMint stops receiving new data from that permission source, but previously collected records may remain until deleted under this policy.
• Account deletion: after you request account deletion and any applicable cooling-off period ends, personal data associated with the account is deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless we must retain limited records for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes.
• Compliance records: transaction, anti-fraud, audit, tax, and legal records may be retained for the minimum period needed for those purposes.
• Aggregated data: anonymous or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics, security, and product reliability.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Use device settings to grant or withdraw Health Connect, Apple Health, Location, notification, or motion permissions
• Access or update supported profile information inside the App
• Request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible personal data
• Delete your SweatMint account and related personal data through the in-app deletion flow or by contacting support if you cannot access the App

8. Children's Privacy

SweatMint is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Processing

The App may contain links to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
